When I log into my AtGames Legends Ultimate, it only shows the 3 months that I get with my Sam’s Club purchase and not the purchased prepaid amount of time that the code should add. What am I doing wrong?

The website should show the next date/time you will be charged. For example, if you have redeemed Sam’s Club bonus plus a 1 month code on 1/1, you should see the renew date on 5/1.
