I have subscribed to ArcadeNet® and do not have any of the pinball games in my listing. Am I missing something?

I am trying to figure out how to enter my redemption code. When I log into ArcadeNet® I do not see any redemption area to enter the code that you sent me.

When I log into my AtGames Legends Ultimate, it only shows the 3 months that I get with my Sam’s Club purchase and not the purchased prepaid amount of time that the code should add. What am I doing wrong?
